physically addictive. The problem, is that after a short period of time, they
become less affective and it then requires more of the medication for it to
work. This will spiral out of control before you know it and then your
condition will become twice as intense as it once was.
This is a whole new hell
that I wold not wish on anyone. Before you can learn how to overcome your
problem, you need to know all that you can about general disorders, what they
are, how they effect the brain, the basic symptoms and the root causes that
come along with them. There are seven different kinds of disorders that are
directly related to anxiety and panic attacks. There are seven different types
of disorders connected to Anxiety and Depression. Pure Anxiety which is based
on excessive activity in the basal ganglia. Pure Depression based on excessive
activity in the Deep Limbic System or(D.L.S.). Mixed Anxiety and Depression is
based on excessive activity in the basal ganglia and the D.L.S.. Over focused
Anxiety/Depression Based on excessive activity in the Anterior Cingulate Gyrus,
the basal ganglia and/or the deep limbic system. Cyclic Anxiety/Depression
based on focal (a discrete area) increased activity in the deep limbic system
and/or in the basal ganglia. Temporal lobe Anxiety/Depression based on
increased or decreased activity in the temporal lobes and increased activity in
the basal ganglia and/or Deep Limbic System. Finally, the seventh and last is
the type which I am afflicted with. Unfocused Anxiety/Depression based on
decreased activity in the prefrontal cortex(P.F.C.) and increased activity in
the basal ganglia and/or D.L.S. A lot of these disorders are just a small
variation of the original pure Anxiety and Panic disorders but the difference
is crucial when it comes to applying effective treatments. Many of these disorders
are becoming more common. There is a always a noticeable rise in anxiety and
panic attacks whenever the economy takes a dive.
This is suggestive of a much
more intensive problem based on society as a whole. We place too much emphasis
on money and material things. I know that when you have your first experience
with these anxiety and panic attacks you will think you are going crazy and
this will actually increase the intensity of the attack. These attacks are
difficult enough without any thing amplifying them. The important thing to know
is that your not crazy and that having a brain disorder has very little to do
with the amount of intelligence someone has. The general root of what the word
disease comes from meaning is Dis-Ease. Meaning just that disease or uneasy
feeling. This relates really well with anxiety or panic attacks. Whatever you
do try not to let this be an excuse for you to stop living your life. This is
what I did for many years and the simple truth is there is no one to blame but
myself. You can live your life regardless of any disease or ailment. The
problem is finding the treatment that is best for you and learning all you can
about whatever the problem is. This will give you an advantage against whatever
it is that is bothering you. Keep in mind that the greater a challenge a person
faces the greater the triumph in what ever it is that they achieve. In fact
many of our most influential and prominent thinkers throughout the history of
our world were plagued with every kind of mental disorder you can think of. So
even if you sometimes feel a little out of touch or if you have been recently
diagnosed with a mental illness and are feeling overwhelmed, do not let it get
you too down. The important thing to realize is that you are not alone and there
is hope. This will not stop you from becoming anything that you want to become.
Nothing stopped Abraham Lincoln, Isaac Newton, Vincent Van Gogh, Einstein,
James Joyce, Edgar Allen Poe, or Beethoven. Surprised to learn they were all
diagnosed with mental disorders? You would be even more surprised then, because
these are just to name a very small few.

Anxiety and panic attacks are a very serious illness, not to mention fairly
common. So the next time you feel as though your singled out, think again.
